AN ACT MAKING FIRST RESPONDER DIVE TEAMS AND CANINE
SEARCH AND RESCUE PERSONNEL ELIGIBLE FOR WORKERS'
COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require that first 1
responder dive teams and canine search and rescue personnel be eligible 2
for workers' compensation benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide workers' compensation coverage for first responder dive
teams and canine rescue personnel.
