AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a certain 1
percentage of each municipality's employees reside in such 2
municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a threshold for the percentage of municipal employees that
reside where they work.
