Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit sleep technicians to 1
administer oxygen under the direction of a physician. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit sleep technicians to administer oxygen under the direction of
a physician.
