AN ACT CONCERNING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO TOTAL
COST BASIS CONSTRUCTION STATE CONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4b-24b of the general statutes be amended to no longer 1
require the approval of the State Properties Review Board for 2
amendments to total cost basis construction contracts that are within the 3
general scope and character of the original project under such contract 4
and approved by the agency administering the contract, the Department 5
of Administrative Services. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To speed up the process by which certain amendments to a total cost
basis construction state contract can be made.
