AN ACT CONCERNING VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THE
VOTER REGISTRY LIST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow a victim of 1
domestic violence to omit residential address information from such 2
victim's voter registration record. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow victims of domestic violence to omit their residential address
information from voter registry lists.
