AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE
EXCHANGE AND HEALTH COVERAGE OFFERED BY SMALL
BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to apply the advance premium 2
tax credit for small businesses on a quarterly basis in accordance with 3
an existing tax schedule. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to apply the
advance premium tax credit for small businesses on a quarterly basis in
accordance with an existing tax schedule.
