AN ACT CONCERNING WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
OPERATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a portion of the 1
funds received by the state under the federal Workforce and Innovation 2
Opportunity Act of 2014 be directed toward programs that provide on-3
the-job training for operators of wastewater treatment facilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for on-the-job training of wastewater treatment
facility operators.
