AN ACT CONCERNING CIVILIAN POLICE REVIEW BOARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-294aaa of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
that a civilian police review board, established by ordinance by the 2
legislative body of a town, may vest such board with authority to not 3
only make recommendations for policy changes but also implement 4
such policy changes itself. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To grant policy implementation authority to municipal civilian police
review boards.
