AN ACT CONCERNING PO ST-SECONDARY EDUCATI ON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education shall 1
conduct a study relating to post-secondary education in the state. Not 2
later than January 1, 2022, the office shall submit a report, in accordance 3
with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, on the results 4
of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 5
having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and 6
employment advancement. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section

To require the Office of Higher Education to conduct a study regarding
