AN ACT CONCERNING HI GHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education shall 1
conduct a study relating to higher education issues in the state. Not later 2
than January 1, 2022, the office shall submit a report, in accordance with 3
the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, of the results of 4
such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 5
having cognizance of matters relating to higher education. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
