Explanation
The amendment results in no fiscal impact. The amendment changes
a lack of legislative approval or rejection of a Board of Regents closure
or merger, to deemed rejection (instead of deemed approval), which
does not impact the underlying fiscal note. The amendment also makes
a clarifying change.
