Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact.
Instead, it allows the Department of Energy and Environmental
Protection (DEEP) to issue waivers and perform a study, which has no
fiscal impact as DEEP has expertise for this purpose.
