Explanation
There is no fiscal impact resulting from the bill, which requires the
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to study its own
policies and procedures to determine whether improvement may lead
to better use of technology in the state. It is anticipated that the
Department is able to fulfill the requirements of the bill within existing
resources.
