No Fiscal Impact
The amendment makes changes regarding the expanded jurisdiction
that a housing authority may adopt under the bill's provisions, and the
process for such municipality to expand that jurisdiction.
This has no fiscal impact. Housing authorities are quasi-public
agencies that are created by municipalities. Housing authorities are not
financially dependent on the municipalities that create them, nor are
those municipalities required to financially support them.
