AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM
ENDING JUNE THIRTIETH, 2023, AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
THEREFOR.
SUMMARY:
This bill, the FY 22 and FY 23 biennial budget bill, includes
appropriations in nine funds totaling $22.6 billion in FY 22 and $23.5
billion in FY 23. Funding is provided to state agencies to meet
operating costs, and to make grant payments. The budget bill also
includes implementing language pertaining to various agencies and
appropriations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Sections 17 and 31 are effective from passage;
all other sections are effective July 1, 2021.
