Explanation
The bill, which (among other requirements) tasks the Commissioner
of the Department of Public Health with convening working groups to
determine whether Connecticut should join any interstate licensure
compacts, is not anticipated to result in a fiscal impact to the state or
municipalities. PA 17-236 prohibits transportation allowances for
working group members.
