AN ACT CONCERNING TH E DEPARTMENT OF LABO R.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2022) The Labor Commissioner 1
shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 2
of the general statutes, regarding the efficient operation of the Labor 3
Department. 4
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 January 1, 2022 New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Labor Commissioner to adopt regulations regarding the
efficient operation of the Labor Department.
