AN ACT CONCERNING TH E CONNECTICUT HYDROG EN AND
ELECTRIC AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE REBATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Connecticut Hydrogen and 1
Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate Board, established pursuant to 2
section 22a-202 of the general statutes, shall study ways to ensure the 3
equitable distribution of grants to residents of the state who purchase or 4
lease a battery electric vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle or fuel cell 5
electric vehicle, or purchase a used hydrogen vehicle or electric vehicle. 6
On or before February 1, 2022, the board shall submit the results of such 7
study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having 8
cognizance of matters relating to transportation. 9
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

Connecticut hydrogen and electric automobile purchase rebate
program.
