Explanation
This bill, which makes various requirements of the Department of
Children and Families (DCF), the Behavioral Health Partnership
Oversight Council (BHPOC) and hospital emergency departments, is
not anticipated to result in a fiscal impact to the state or municipalities.
House "A" makes DCF, rather than BHPOC, the lead agency in the
development, review, and update of the resource document. It also
adds the provision for boards of education to distribute the
documents, which has no fiscal impact as the information must be
available on their website.
