Minimal Fiscal Impact
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact.
A municipality may incur minimal costs to take part in the pilot
program; however, as the pilot program is voluntary it is assumed that
a municipality would participate only to the extent it has available
resources.
