AN ACT EXAMINING THE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORT

Explanation
The bill establishes a working group to examine the uniform
investigation of accident reports and consider modifications to said
reports regarding the length of the report and the time needed by
police officers and other individuals investigating an accident to
complete such report.
The working group is required to submit its findings and
recommendations to the public safety committee no later than January
1, 2023.
This bill has no fiscal impact as PA 17-236 prohibits transportation
allowances for working group members.
