No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal 
impact. 
The amendment establishes a process by which local zoning officials 
can allow or expand outdoor dining at restaurants. It also specifies that 
any outdoor dining activity authorized by the Governor's Executive 
Order 7MM shall be deemed approved until March 31, 2022.  
This has no fiscal impact, as it does not impact the cost of 
administering any zoning ordinance.
