No Fiscal Impact
The Office of Health Strategy shall, at least annually, conduct a study
to determine the cost of health benefit plans offered, delivered, issued
for delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state and qualified
health plans offered and sold through the exchange.
Not later than January 31, 2023, and annually thereafter, the Office of
Health Strategy shall submit a report to the insurance committee.
