Explanation
The bill, which repeals a conveyance from SA 15-1 as modified by
SA 19-5, is not anticipated to have a fiscal impact, as the modified
conveyance required the specified land in Farmington be conveyed in
certain circumstances subject to the requirements of CGS 3-14b. The
same potential transfer of the asset remains possible under CGS 3-14b
absent the modified conveyance.
