RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HO NORABLE
ANDREW J. MCDONALD O F HARTFORD TO BE AN ASSOCIATE
JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT AND A JUDGE O F THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Andrew J. McDonald of Hartford to be an Associate Judge 2
of the Supreme Court and a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for a 3
term of eight years from the date of January 23, 2021, is approved and 4
confirmed, and he is appointed an Associate Judge of the Supreme 5
Court and a Judge of the Superior Court for said term. 6
