RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
GARY J. WHITE OF STAMFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR
COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Gary J. White of Stamford to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from January 28, 2021, is 3
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 4
Court for said term. 5
