RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
CYNTHIA K. SWIENTON OF CHESTER TO BE A SENIOR JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Cynthia K. Swienton of Chester to be a Senior Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from July 5, 2021, is 3
approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Senior Judge of the 4
Superior Court for said term. 5
