RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
HENRY S. COHN OF WES T HARTFORD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Henry S. Cohn of West Hartford to be a State Referee, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from July 24, 2021, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
