RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
MICHAEL A. ALBIS OF EAST HAVEN TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Michael A. Albis of East Haven to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from March 6, 2021, is approved 3
and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for 4
said term. 5
