RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HO NORABLE
ANTHONY P. FUSCO OF BROOKFIELD TO BE A M EMBER OF THE
JUDICIAL REVIEW COUN CIL AS AN ALTERNATE FAMILY SUPPORT
MAGISTRATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Anthony P. Fusco of Brookfield to be a member of the 2
Judicial Review Council, as an alternate Family Support Magistrate, to 3
serve a term ending November 30, 2021, or until a successor is appointed 4
and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to the Honorable 5
Norma I. Sanchez-Figueroa, is approved and confirmed, and he is 6
appointed said member for said term. 7
