COMMISSIONER TO DENY THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
ABRAHAM CHEMMARAPPAL LY AND SHINYMOL
CHEMMARAPPALLY, CO -ADMINISTRATORS OF THE ESTATE OF
JEFFNY PALLY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 25041 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in 2
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Abraham Chemmarappally and 3
Shinymol Chemmarappally, Co-Administrators of the Estate of Jeffny 4
Pally, is confirmed. 5
