RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISM ISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
JOSHUA KAHAN AND REMANDING THE CLAIM TO THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER FOR A H EARING ON THE MERITS .
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23225 of said 1
commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in 2
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Joshua Kahan, is vacated and the 3
claim is remanded to the Claims Commissioner for a hearing on the 4
merits of the claimant's negligence claim against the state.5
