COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
GEORGE M. LENIART.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24147 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2
in excess of twenty thousand dollars of George M. Leniart, is confirmed. 3
