EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF JOHN
LEPESKA.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claims against the state of John Lepeska, file 3
numbers 24184 and 24903 of said commissioner. 4
