Explanation
The resolution allows the Claims Commissioner to dismiss several
claims against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars. The
resolution will not result in a fiscal impact.
House "A" strikes the original bill and its associated fiscal impact,
thus becoming the bill with the above referenced fiscal impact.
