EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF MARLENE
SWABY, ADMINISTRATRI X OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE SWABY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Marlene Swaby, 3
Administratrix of the Estate of George Swaby, file number 25076 of said 4
commissioner. 5
