COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF
DAVID TAYLOR.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decisions of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 24485 1
and 24723 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claims 2
against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of David Taylor, 3
are confirmed.4
