EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF TED'S
RESTAURANT AND BAR A ND RYAN MCDONALD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Ted's Restaurant 3
and Bar and Ryan McDonald, file number 24879 of said commissioner. 4
