AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE
DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS WITHIN FIVE MILES
OF A SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of electronic 1
nicotine delivery systems and vapor products within five miles of a 2
school building. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the risk of children being exposed to and using electronic
nicotine delivery systems and vapor products.
