Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the stock of any 1
public utility company from being traded on any stock exchange. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the stock of any public utility company from being traded
on any stock exchange.
