AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE WINDHAM -
TOLLAND 4-H CAMP IN POMFRET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Economic and Community Development for the purpose of providing 5
a grant-in-aid to the Windham County 4-H Foundation for the use of the 6
Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp in Pomfret. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize bonds of the state to provide funding for the Windham-
Tolland 4-H Camp in Pomfret.
