AN ACT EXPANDING THE EMERGENCY MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-265cc of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1
Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program for a period of three years, to 2
(1) include landlords who own not more than ten residential rental 3
units, and (2) remove the requirement for owner occupancy. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program.
