AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYERS THAT
MAKE PAYMENTS TOWARD CHILD CARE COSTS OF EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1
employers who make payments toward child care costs of employees 2
who reside in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a tax credit to employers that make payments toward the
child care costs of employees who reside in the state.
