AN ACT CONCERNING THE CERTIFICATION OF MENTAL HEALTH
FIRST AID TRAINING PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 20-206mm of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
for mental health first aid training certifications from groups other than 2
the National Council for Behavioral Health. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the organizations that may certify mental health first aid
training programs.
