AN ACT PERMITTING NURSE'S AIDES TO ADMINISTER VACCINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit nurse's aides to 1
administer a vaccine under a nurse's supervision. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of medical staff who may vaccinate patients in
a time when the demand for such staff exceeds the supply.
