AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF CIGARETTES, TOBACCO
PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND
VAPOR PRODUCTS BY HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND
PHARMACIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any health care 1
facility or pharmacy from selling cigarettes, tobacco products, electronic 2
nicotine delivery systems and vapor products. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any health care facility or pharmacy from selling cigarettes,
tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor
products.
