The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact resulting in the following impact.
This amendment requires law enforcement units to permit officers
to wear religious head coverings and requires the Police Officer
Standards and Training Council to develop a social media policy
resulting in no fiscal impact to the state.
