AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAL MARIJUANA FOR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to exempt veterans 1
from the fees for registration and written certification for medical 2
marijuana and to establish a process to identify veterans who qualify as 3
patients for medical marijuana. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt veterans from the fees for registration and written
certification for medical marijuana and to establish a process to identify
veterans who qualify as patients for medical marijuana.
