AN ACT AUTHORIZING SPORTS WAGERING, INTERNET GAMING,
INTERNET LOTTERY AND INTERNET KENO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) authorize the 1
Mashantucket Pequot Tribe and the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of 2
Connecticut to conduct sports wagering on Indian lands, online sports 3
wagering and online casino gaming, subject to new or amended 4
agreements with the tribes; (2) permit the Connecticut Lottery 5
Corporation to sell lottery draw game tickets and conduct keno games 6
online, subject to agreements with the tribes; (3) require reasonable 7
procedures and data security standards for Internet gaming; and (4) 8
provide revenue to the state from such newly authorized forms of 9 Proposed Bill No. 146

gaming and distribute such revenue. 10
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize sports wagering, internet gaming, internet lottery and
internet keno in this state.
