AN ACT STUDYING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FARES FOR
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation study the fares charged by 1
any publicly funded transportation provider to persons with 2
disabilities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that publicly funded transportation providers are providing
persons with disabilities affordable access to public transportation.
